My name is Bradley Alliso, a graduate of Lamar University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Applied Science and 2013 with a Masters of Education in Leadership. I’m in my 18th year of teaching after working 11 years in the corrections field (and wanting to make a change or become a positive part of a childs life before incarceration) and four years with Union Pacific Railroad. I have taught United States History; AP United States History; Government and Economics and World Geography for the last 10 years. I believe strongly that EVERY child can learn, some learn differently and it is my charge to find that ‘way’ while embodying the doctrine of Dr. King who believed that that intellegence plus character was the goal of true education. FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION and I will work hard to mold the young men and women that are given to me and those that I encounter into respctable members of integrity and the future pillars of their community.

Michael McFadden
Michael McFaddenWorld Geography Department Chair

Mr. McFadden has been a teacher in Aldine for nearly twenty-four years. He earned his B.A. degree from Sam Houston State University with a major in History. Other courses he had taken at school led him to enroll in a few education classes and he soon realized that was what he wanted to do as a career. His first teaching position was 6th grade World History, which evolved in time to become a World Cultures class. In 2008, after thirteen years in education, he transferred to MacArthur 9th Grade School teaching World Geography, which he loves to study and share with students.
